Customer engagement with gamified audio experiences


We developed an interactive audio player for their prominent Winston and Camel brands, featuring curated playlists to enhance the user experience. Going beyond a traditional player, we integrated a gamification system wherein users collect points the longer they listen, fostering continuous interaction. These points can then be exchanged for rewards, creating a win-win situation where enjoyment and customer loyalty are duly rewarded. Through this novel application, JTI has successfully established a rewarding and immersive audio experience for its customers, leading to improved brand loyalty and engagement.
